Our products are all handmade crocheted finished products.

Typically, we aim to ship your package within 3 business days after your order is placed. However, since all our products are handmade crocheted, occasionally some items may be out of stock. In the event that a product you've selected is out of stock, we will proactively reach out to you. We will inform you via email about the specific waiting time required before we can dispatch your package, usually ranging from 5 to 10 business days. Thank you for your understanding.

We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on all orders! Typically, you can expect to receive your package within 14 days after it has been dispatched.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our crocheted products, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has been dispatched. However, if you receive a product with quality issues, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the package. Kindly reach out to us at our email address designersays@designersays.com, explaining the issue and attaching corresponding photos. We will facilitate the return or exchange process for you at no cost. Requests made beyond this timeframe will be considered invalid.
  • If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at the email address designersays@designersays.com. Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
